Ordering & delivery

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery within Australia is 3–4 business days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I collect from a store?

Yes — choose Click & Collect at checkout. We'll email you the moment your order is ready at your chosen Wearitto store. Most orders are ready within 1 business day.

How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account and open Order history. Each order shows its current status and tracking link.

Sizing & fit

How do I find my child's size?

Each product page has a size guide with chest, waist, and height measurements. Sizing is consistent across our school ranges — if your child fits a size 10 polo, they'll fit a size 10 short.

What if the fit isn't right?

We accept exchanges on unworn items within 30 days. Bring it to any Wearitto store or post it back — see the next section for details.

Are your uniforms unisex?

Most polos, shorts, and fleece items are unisex. Skirts, pinafores, and some tailored shirts are sized by fit (girls or boys). Each product is clearly labelled. If you are uncertain come into one of our Wearitto stores and our staff will gladly guide you on your selections.

Returns & exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

Drop it in to any Wearitto store with proof of purchase, or post it back to us using the return slip in your order. We'll refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving it.

How long do I have to return?

30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.

Do I pay for return postage?

Returns to a Wearitto store are free. Postal returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty — in which case we'll cover it.

Schools & accounts

I can't find my school — what do I do?

We supply over 25 schools and counting. If yours isn't listed, contact us — we'll let you know if we're partnered with them or planning to be.

Why are some items only available at certain schools?

Each school chooses its own uniform — fabric, colour, embroidery, and trim. The range you see is exactly what your school has approved.

Do I need an account to shop?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account saves your school, address, and order history, which makes reordering next term much faster.
